The Slovenian Association for Bat Research and Conservation, or SDVPN, is a non-government organisation that brings together all those who have an interest in bats and their preservation for future generations.
We focus on three connected areas which are:
• to collect data on the location and ecology of bats in Slovenia ;
• to strive to ensure that the stipulated protection of bats is implemented in practice;
• to present these extraordinary animals of the night to the wider public through a great variety of events.
We will also publish our work on our website which is still under construction.
